As a designer, my role is to act as a catalyst for positive change by reframing problems through a human-centered lens. I use design to uncover new opportunities, imagine divergent futures, and guide stakeholders on the path forward.
I work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective design thinking methods and tactics to help achieve business goals and increase user satisfaction. I like being thrown into organizations' most complex problems and coming out the other side having untangled a messy ball of yarn.
